Difference between ProEFA and Omega 3-6-9?

I just got my ProEfA and NV in the mail today and am trying to make sure I have

all the dosages right first. I have an average sized 4yo. Many have had

success with the 2 ProEFA and 1 ProEPA/day, right? I have been using

2-3capsules of Omega 3-6-9/day. Looking at the back of the ProEFA, it appears

to be twice as strong as the 3-6-9. Is this correct? Then that would mean that

the 2 ProEFA is the same as 4 Omega 3-6-9? All the initials are tripping me up.

I hope this email at least makes some sense.
