Thought you might want to know that McDermott is organizing a

discussion on " A Biomedical Perspective on the Assessment and Treatment of

Apraxia " on Oct 22 at 7 pm in NYC.

She asked me a while back if I would come and talk to this support group. I

am in NYC for another research meeting that week, and agreed to be a guest

speaker. Not sure if there is any overlap with your New Jersey apraxia

group, but I wanted to pass on the information for anyone who might want to

attend. I am not sure how much room is available, but Marilyn Agin is going

to be there as well, so I'm sure some families might be interested.
