Guest guest
At our appointment today, I brought up the vitamin E information with our pediatrician, and she was incredibly intrigued. She wants to start giving Brenden (4 years old) 400iu of alpha tocopherol and 200-300iu of gamma tocopherol daily. In the SPEAK supplements, they contain 500iu of Vitamin E alpha tocopherol... could I just add the gamma from a seperate capsule? Would this be the same as giving him 1 part alpha and 1 part gamma, just the SPEAK contains EFAs and Vitamin K? Also, what brands of vitamin E are recommeded? I am having a hard time finding the two (alpha and gamma) seperate to get the correct dosage our doctor wants us to try.
