Guest guest
, Seattle Lady gave an excellent site for buying Davinci syrups. I like this brand because the SF contains Splenda rather than aspartame. I buy mine from a place called Cash and Carry. I have not been able to find it cheaper anywhere else. Guest guest
Just a note to those near a Marshall's or Ross store: a lot of these carry the sugar-free syrups on a regular basis--and the price is lower than mail order. They even have a sugar-free pancake syrup which I have used on French toast (I make it with Alvarado Street or Trader Joe's California Complete Protein Bread. The bread has no flour, just sprouted whole grains. It has a lot of fiber and protein, no fat, and is the only bread I can tolerate with the band). For a summer treat, I make a " smoothie " with fruit-flavored syrup, ice, and non-fat yogurt. Very few calories and an easy way to cool off and feel pampered. Best to all,
