Hi,

We are new to this so sorry for such a basic question. I have a 2.7 year old son

with apraxia. He weighs 27-28 lbs. How much of these fish oils is an appropriate

dose?

Also, what are NVs?

I can be reached at sarakahn@...

I have a 2 1/2 year old son as well...we give him the " standard " dosage of

2 ProEFA and 1 ProEPA with great success. Hope that helps :-)

Well, I give them all at once, and I give them at night, but not for any

reason other than we are usually rushed in the morning...I think most people

give them in the morning, though I don't know if it matters. We see great

results using it at night too :-)

Do we give all at the same time? OR morning 1 ProEFA and afternoon 1 ProEPA

and evening 1 ProEFA? or all three in the morning???

If you are just starting you don't have to start with all 3. You can start with

one ProEFA. Then increase up to 2 ProEFA -and then add the one ProEPA. I

always gave and still give both my boys their fish oils once a day in the AM

-except my older ADHD son for a brief time took an extra dosage at the nurse

after lunch as suggested by the school psych as her husband is a cardiologist

and both are HUGE fish oil believers. (they did notice the difference on the

days he didn't go to get his second dosage) But outside of school ADHD

issues...you can give them all once a day. The essential fatty acid stores take

time to build up and take time to deplete. I now give my boys their fish oils

and NV in the AM...but I do split the NV up twice a day. I believe most of us

do.

But with fish oils -yes can give all at once!
