I am not a cereal eater, but I am also not a pill taker so the idea of 100% RDA in TOTAL sounded intersting. Less noxious for me than vitamins. Anyway, there a re 4 different TOTALs in the store and all of them have sugar as either the second or third ingredient, as well as corn syrup.
