Yeah, coping mechanisms are helpful - I have another question for you, though.

I am not a cereal eater, but I am also not a pill taker so the idea of 100% RDA

in TOTAL sounded intersting. Less noxious for me than vitamins. Anyway, there

a re 4 different TOTALs in the store and all of them have sugar as either the

second or third ingredient, as well as corn syrup. How do you reconcile eating

these ingredients, or is there another TOTAL that isn't so sugar-laden? Thanks.
