My  almost  6  year  old daughter  [ 44  pounds  ,  apraxic  but  speaking 

well  today  with  definite  hyperactive  tendencies  ] has  been  on  NV for 

2  months  .  I  was  very  worried  about  the  initial  hyperactive  period 

and  started  very  gradually  and  slowly  built  up  to  2  scoops .  I  saw 

an  improvement  in  speech   [  recently  said  words  like  completely  and 

absolute  ] but  not  behaviour  .  About  2  weeks  ago  I decided  to 

increase  to  3  scoops  and  am  finally  starting  to  see  a  " different

child  "   -  much  calmer ,  more  focused  and  even  less  stiff, her body

seems softer and she seems to recognize numbers and letters more easily

and occupies herself more .  She  has  often  had  good  calmer  days  and 

then  become  hyper  again  so  I  was  reluctant  to  report  till  I  was 

sure  but  I  have  spent  the  last 4  full  days  with  her  and  she  has 

been  good    .So 

I  recommend  to  anyone  who  is  not  seeing  the  results  they  expect  to 

first increase  the  dose  before  deciding  that  NV  is  not  helping  ... 

also  give  it  time  it  might  take  a bit  longer  with  certain  kids
