Guest guest
I am so frustrated because even though the speech pathologist in the school district has said that they are seeing signs of Verbal Apraxia, they continue to give him group therapy. They say that they are going to treat it like it is Apraxia but yet they continue to give him GROUP therapy which studies have shown that it is not effective. I keep trying to tell them that he has " language " , he just needs help with the articulation. He needs help getting his mouth to say what needs to be said. How do I get the school to give my son one on one therapy?
