I bought the Omega 3 purified fish oil from Nordic Naturals and I give my 3 1/2

year old (37 lbs) the oil from one capsule (690 mg Omega 3 and 116 mg of Omega

9). I pop one end of the capsule with a fork and squirt evenly over the jelly in

my son's PB & J and he gobbles it up. I think he really likes the lemony flavor

added to it. As far as a liquid form, I am not sure how much you would need to

pour out, a tsp? half a tsp? to get the right dosage for your child. This would

be way over my pay grade! But, if the liquid is in a capsule, one should do it

per day.

Any other moms out there that would love to jump in on this one I would greatly

appreciate!

i give 5 mils twice a day. in a little cup and he gobbles it up. mine is

called learning factors and is extreme peach

Hey !

Romesa here again! This morning, just out of curiosity, I counted the drops that

came out of the capsule and it was 22. If you have a medicine dropper, then you

can just count out the same amount and you should be good. Hope this helps!!!

A half a teaspoon of ProEFA liquid is about the same as two full capsules of

ProEFA.
