Guest guest
Cassandra as you know I so relate to what you are going through right now and you honestly need to find those special professionals to work with Joe outside of what he gets in school If anyone reading this has any suggestions for any SLPs or neuroMDs in Minnesota or surrounding area (her and her husband are even willing to drive to Chicago -12 hours away!!!) please let her know- or share here. Cassandra's son Joe has made some amazing gains since being on nutriiveda as you can read here http://pursuitofresearch.org/testimonials.html (search for " Joe's 3 weeks on Nutriiveda " ) but like all of us she needs to find professionals that will help her secure appropriate services and placement for school. From what I am hearing Cassandra has not had much luck with the professionals that are near her and there doesn't appear to be a tremendous amount of awareness about apraxia. Cassandra says where she lives is kind of in the sticks- but again she's willing to drive to seek help for Joe. Cassandra -one day you and I are going to have time to laugh about the fact that our husband's probably would put bets on both of us to see who talks more- think we both met our match!!! And how ironic that we both have a child that has (or had in my case) trouble putting basic syllables together!! I feel like I know you -and thanks for your kind words- you know I am here for you! Again if anyone has any suggestions for professionals...any at all as it seems Cassandra is getting cricket sounds when she asks -please jump in!! =====
