Guest guest
Depends where you ar ein the US--soem states allow the phylosophical exemption, others just the religious. All you need to do is sign the form usually. Other times you cna just postpone and say he's not well enough to get shots and will next time etc. i strongly STRONGLY advize you to read up all you can. Kids who are neurologically damaged already are most likely to be or continue to be affected by the toxins and the viral content aas well as stelth and bacterial content of vaccines. NO vaccine is ever 100% clean of the animal viruses and bacteria it is cultured on. Kids with metabolic and neurological dosrders are more, much more likely to suffer damage. Read up, contact the Vaccine information Center, and above all NEVER do anything that your gut feeling tell syou si not right after doinjg all the reading and listening to both sides. This is the key--listen to both sides and then decide. Good luck! Elena From: lynnelow27 <lynnelow27@...> Subject: [ ] how to decline vaccines Need advice! Date: Thursday, December 17, 2009, 10:16 AM Hello, my 5 year old son is due for his 4-5 yr shots: MMR, Dtap, polio, and chickenpox...... his main issues are sensory/motor planning. has made great progress over the last few years. is now in VPK inclusion class, but having some focus/attention issues. I'm thinking about not getting him vaccinated, but the school requires it....how do you decline shots and still have your child go to school? is there any other reason than religion, and how do you go about getting a waiver, or whatever you need to do? Guest guest
That's right, it depends are where you live. I know where I live I was able to titer my son and our state does allow titers for all of them but polio. He has high enough antibodies to be considered immune to the diseases should he come in contact with them and he didn't need the 4-5 yr. old shots. Theres an option for you IF your state allows titers. Hopes this helps.  From: lynnelow27 <lynnelow27 (DOT) com> Subject: [childrensapraxiane t] how to decline vaccines Need advice! @groups. com Date: Thursday, December 17, 2009, 10:16 AM Hello, my 5 year old son is due for his 4-5 yr shots: MMR, Dtap, polio, and chickenpox.. .... his main issues are sensory/motor planning. has made great progress over the last few years. is now in VPK inclusion class, but having some focus/attention issues. Guest guest
How did/do you find out if your state allows titers in place of immunizations? Thank you so much for any information! Guest guest
I talked to his school and the pediatrician's office. He came back highly immune to all of them. Drawing the blood wasn't fun but I would have rather him have that then the vaccines. And there is a chance that he wouldn't have had high enough titers. That is how we did it here in my home/school/peds office. The first thing I did was research my options on line. Then I called the peds office and talked to the nurse. I was concerned about giving him more vaccines when I feel as though a one size fits all vaccine protocal was not a one size fits all. I also got on McCarthy's website and I do believe it has the different requirements for the different states. What state are you in? Hope this helps.   From: lynnelow27 <lynnelow27@ . com> Subject: [childrensapraxiane t] how to decline vaccines Need advice! @groups. com Date: Thursday, December 17, 2009, 10:16 AM Hello, my 5 year old son is due for his 4-5 yr shots: MMR, Dtap, polio, and chickenpox.. .... his main issues are sensory/motor planning. has made great progress over the last few years. is now in VPK inclusion class, but having some focus/attention issues.
