Please join us on Friday, November 13, at Bergen Coummunity College for the

3rd Annual Service Learning Conference hosted by the Volunteer Center of

Keynote speakers include Arlene Lester, Public Affairs Specialist, State

Farm Insurance Companies and Shari Horowitz-Engel, Director of the Criminal

Justice Program at Bergen Community College.

In addition, roundtable discussions will help participants -- agencies,

teachers, administrators and students -- explore the " nuts and bolts " of

service learning, maximize the potential of mandatory community service

programs, and learn about successful service-learning programs.
