Do you shake it or blend it? I have found that if I blend it well (I use one

of those hand kitchen aid hand mixers that are great for soups and shakes

and stuff) it is smooth and creamy and not gritty. My boys will drink it

either way in almondmilk, but when I am not in a hurry I blend it for them.

So the boys are doing great with NV, but still taste the grittiness. They

drink it, but wanted to know if there were any tricks to get that out?

Thanks!

if you are in a hurry and don't want to get out the kitchen aid, try the milk

frother from Ikea,

dirt cheap and did it better than my blender. (although not a good brand

blender). they are well

under 5 dollars.  (I think 1.99) and work great. it takes only a few seconds

and

cleans up in less than that.
