Guest guest
Hey Brittany we know that so far you have seen some pretty remarkable surges...so for hydration it's again just common sense. The word " tons " is subjective. A child of say 30 pounds would probably only need about 15 ounces a day of liquid so it is possible he was getting too much? I have another method here of how to determine amount of liquid http://pursuitofresearch.org/faq.html#serve but a simple way is half the body weight. There is always balance of too much or too little. The reason for the hydration is for elimination as we talk about on this page http://pursuitofresearch.org/science.html So the question is...is your son regular since being on NV? =====
