Guest guest
I have 2 schinn's for my boys ages 2 and 4. I love them for their durability. I don't remember them ever tipping over..You can adjust the seat forward or back as needed to pedal. I bought the second one because one wasn't enough and would recommend the product... Guest guest
don't know about the shwinn bike as my son only started being able to pedal at 7 years old. for balls though, you might try balloons or beach balls. we used to have fun with helium balloons because you can just push them back and forth. ________________________________ From: lisad529 <lisad529@...> Sent: Tue, September 21, 2010 2:10:40 PM Subject: [ ] need toy ideas for my toddler children who have apraxia  My son is just about to turn four years old. Guest guest
there is a game called hullabaloo my 4 years old loves. it is like twister but with small peices they run to around the room. it is super fun! We use exercise balls for my daughter so she can lay on them and bounce without me worring about popping them. Guest guest
Below are a few archives- there are so many toys that one could recommend I wouldn't know where to start... Re: karoake machine " Karaoke machines, tape recorders " is listed as number 7 of the top ten toys to encourage your child in his efforts to talk on pages 102- 103 of The Late Talker book! Karaoke machines, tape recorders, high or low tech, are wonderful for encouraging speech in children who may be shy otherwise to attempt speech/singing. A low tech alternative would be the plastic Echo Mike which amplifies a child's voice (and it's only about 3 US bucks) You can find them at some toy and party stores. Here are some links to high and low tech voice recorders/amplifiers online http://www.speech-express.com/shop-language-toys.html (Or just do what I love to do, browse your local toy/party store!) =====
