Guest guest
My husband and I both take the ProEFA along with our almost 4 year old son that has apraxia. We also give it to our 16 month old son that is showing no signs of speech delays. If you read about the fish oils they great not only for our brain but also our cardiovascular system! I firmly believe in them and my husband who always a little skeptical said after just taking them a couple of days that he didn't feel on " edge " like he always does with his high stress job. He forgot to take them a couple of days and said " I need to take the fish oil it made me feel much more calm " I was so excited when he said this! The only reason I told him he should take them was for his high blood pressure so when he noticed that, it was just another confirmation to the benifits of fish oil and I along with most in this group believe Nordic Naturals to be the best! I can't speak to whether or not you should take them being pregnant but I really do not see why not but I would talk to your doctor about that or maybe there are others in the group that are more informed to that. Best wishes with all! > > Hi There, > > My 22 month old apraxic son Ethan is having great success on ProEFA and > ProEPA (as well as recently starting on NV with positive signs so far). Guest guest
My husband and I both take them as well. He does not take them with him when he goes on business trips, and he can tell the difference. He just feels " off. " For me, there has been a difference in my skin and it is no longer dry. Because you're pregnant, I would encourage you to discuss it with your OB, but I don't see why you can't take them. My 2 year old with apraxia, 6 and 8 year olds all take it with breakfast. It is a family thing, so no one complains. > > Hi There, > > My 22 month old apraxic son Ethan is having great success on ProEFA and > ProEPA (as well as recently starting on NV with positive signs so far). Guest guest
Thanks and . Good to know that others are using ProEFA. My husband is going to start asap and I'm going to switch to NN's Prenatal DHA till the end of my pregnancy (then do ProEFA).
