Guest guest
Hi ! Please share this with your doctor: " Whey Protein Isolate " is pure whey --- not a blend with other proteins. It's more expensive than other protein powders and does NOT contain gluten. The " casein free " I understand more as a question as whey is derived from milk. The product is marked all over the label and website as " gluten and casein free " . Gluten I know is zero -but what is the amount of casein that can be in something where it's still considered " free " .009? .09? If you buy a product that has cross contamination, that makes other products that contain milk for example, wouldn't you also be exposing yourself to a percentage of casein? I don't know. I do know I was told there would be point zero amount of milk protein (less than one percent) in the nutriiveda even though it is as pure as possible of any casein -and due to that would not recommend it for anyone who has a true milk allergy to the actual protein which I know is rare and not intolerance to the lactose- which is more common. Most take their child off of milk due to intolerance. In that case you 'could' use the nutriiveda. I find it hard to believe with world renowned doctors such as Dr. Chopra and Dr. Simon that they would put their names and reputations on the line and put the words " gluten casein free " on a canister of nutriiveda if the product contained gluten and casein. Again I have celiac that runs in my family. My brother and I almost died from it as infants because back then not as much was known and it was considered rare...and my mom has celiac. If my mother has EITHER gluten or casein she gets sick -and anyone around her would know too. My mother has never done better since she's been on the nutriiveda. I'm THRILLED to report. So if it's OK for her I already know there is no gluten (don't know where your doctor would even pick that up from) but whatever point zero something percentage of milk protein is in it...her body is accepting. And again -no guarantee you wouldn't pick up that same amount of bit contamination with anything you buy that is marked gluten casein free for that matter! I know some of you who have, or have children with milk protein allergies need a product made from something other than whey. They just came out with this one and perhaps they will come out with another one. But for the rest perhaps you don't know one of the many reasons you 'want' a whey isolate product in addition to it being the most easily digestible by the body...and not only that it contains all the essential amino acids which may be the key (in other words...perhaps...just perhaps you won't have to do all the other stuff you are doing if you give your child something that helps the body to heal!!!) according to recent research on the brain. http://www.sflorg.com/comm_center/medical/p974_99.html Also does anyone know anything about glutathione because you get that from whey protein and not any other type...may want to look into that because that's another thing that I found in my research as a possible " why " " The antioxidant glutathione—critical for the body to excrete metals—plays a role, too. Glutathione typically works by binding to heavy metals, which the body then knows to eliminate. In 2004, researcher Jill , Ph.D., of the Arkansas School of Medicine, led a pioneering study that showed autistic kids had significantly less glutathione than typical kids—which put their bodies in a state of " constant oxidative stress. " In other words, autistic kids were genetically predisposed to have low glutathione levels, making them particularly susceptible to heavy metal toxicity. This is an isolate product that is formulated by experts and all natural. Google " casein free whey " and you'll find lots of link not only in the regular search but in scholar -again I know there is a difference between the cheaper and more expensive wheys- the concentrate is the cheaper -the isolate the more expensive. Here again is the page that shows the ingredients Product label chocolate http://www.up0.net/content/666799/Choco_NutritionFacts.pdf Product label vanilla http://www.up0.net/content/666799/Vanilla_NutritionFacts.pdf More info at http://www.pursuitofresearch.org http://www.nutraeasy.com More at http://www.facebook.com/group.php?v=app_2373072738 & ref=ts & gid=115029735601#/topi\ c.php?uid=115029735601 & topic=13047 If after reading everything you decide not to try it -that's OK too. All I can do is share the information and right now my advice to each and every one of you that is able to try it - is TRY IT!!! And for those that could try it and want to wait instead- that's OK too. I on the other hand wish I discovered this ten years ago! =====

Guest guest
- We're not even using Nutriiveda and the basic information I've read on it is that it *IS* Gluten free and if your child is on a GFCF diet, this product is perfectly appropriate for her/him. It is extremely rare for someone to have an actual milk ALLERGY so I'm going to assume the dairy free regime you would have your child on is due to lactose intolerance. If I am not mistaken, this product has no lactose and those who are intolerant to it have not had a problem on Nutriiveda at all can correct me if I'm wrong, but from the information I see about this product, your dr is misinformed because there is no gluten in it Hope this helps Becky Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry [ ] NutriiVeda - What our doc said Hello everyone. I ordered some Nutriiveda and brought it to our daughter's doctor to find out her thoughts. She said that she understands why there are people who do very well on it. It looks like a great product. BUT that we should hold off on giving it to our daughter because she is currently gluten and dairy free. That we should wait until our daughter's system is more stable before trying it. From the list of ingredients, she is certain that NutriiVeda is not free of gluten and dairy. Best wishes to you all,
Guest guest
Hi , I am waiting for my first nutriiveda pack. I have given these fruits to my son, but never all together with huge vitamin addition to it, as I was not sure earlier to give huge amounts of vitamins, what if it hits his liver. I read all ingrediance listed in their website. I didn't find anything that has milk in it. can your doc say specifically what she thinks has milk in it?? kshera means milk in sanskrit, no ksheera. ayuvedam is a study written in sanskrit in anciant times where there was only one language, the first language sanskrit. effects and pure ayurvedam remidies each is studied min for 100 years time tested and human tested. many such studies were distroyed .. well you know the world history. I know each things listed in it... as they are still sold in india as fruits. I was born and brought up in India, I am well versed in sanskrit. My friend is an ayurvedic doctor, a real ayurvedic doctor studied ayurvedam in sanskrit for 5-6 years. If your have anything specific to ask, I can ask my friend to give the detail explanation. I can give a short version. regards, supraja
