Infor. on how to get more OT visits thru insurance

We have run out of OT visits, does anyone have any information on how to

approach the insurance company on getting more.  I had called about getting a

case worker assigned to it and she said I really couldn't appeal it at this time

because it hadn't been denied.  They have given us 2 more visits then lately

gave us 4 more, but he needs to be getting it 2x/ wk continuously.  Any ideas or

suggestions would be appreciated.  The neurologist had forwarded information to

ot to send to insurance, but hasn't seemed to do much good.

He has heterotopia(which is a rare brain disorder), mixed language disorder,

hypotonia.                             Thanks- Barb
