Guest guest Posted September 19, 2010 Report Share Posted September 19, 2010 I was giving my 2 yr old 2 pro EFA junior a day but we ran out so I picked up the omega 369 junior at our local store. I want to give him te EPA also but I'm a bit confused. Is there a EPA junior or should I give him the EPA that is for adults? It says that the EPA is 850mg and the DHA is 200mg. It just seems high to me. I don't understand why this fish oil stuff is confusing me so much. I tried NutriVeda with not much improvement but since I started fish oil, therapy and NV all at pretty much the same time I backed off everything except the therapy and there was a HUGE regression! 2 weeks off of NV and fish oil my son did not say 1 word in the whole 2 weeks! His therapy sessions were wasted, he did not even attempt a sound. I put him back on fish oil 6 days ago. His therapy was canceled because his therapist has the flu and he is communicating constantly. Before taking him off of everything he had about 9 words and had never put 2 words together. Friday he said " my ball " clearly, Saturday he said " co-dop " when he brought me a cough drop after hearing my cough. We were at a birthday party today and he ran through the backyard chasing their cat saying " kitty kitty kitty " . It is clear that the fish oil is helping.. alot!
