Chocolate has very high ORAC ratings, to put it mildly. After twenty years of

" eschewing " chocolate, I now have hot chocolate for breakfast, and eat an an

ounce or so every day or two. But I eat only pure bakers's chocolate, or pure

cococoa powder hot chocolate. No added refined sugar. If you like dark

chocolate, it comes no darker than baker's! Have a few raisins, almonds and

cococut shreds with the baker's chocolate. It has some caffine, so I avoid it

after about noon. Seems to fit in just fine with my cr program. Seems to

supress appetite, and energize for workouts. I am leaner than ever. Anyone

know anything bad about the stuff?

Non appetite!

Terry

regimine. Oouh! Whisper some more of those luscious confections

Bon appetite!
