Guest guest
My son[7 yrs old] has been struggling with fine motor. He has other issues...but he is trying in all those areas. But fine motor is simply too too hard for him. He forgets the tripod grasp..so we have too remind him everyday...he does not look down on the paper or use his " helper hand " . The story goes on of how hard it is to do any coloring or writing activities with him. Yesterday when I picked him from school, his teacher said he traced the alphabets all by himself!!! First I thought she was kidding...She said he was looking down on the paper slowly tracing the letters[joining the dashes - previously he would just go off the lines and after tracing 2 lines he would scribble on the paper]. i just couldn't believe my ears. i am still skeptical because it was only for one day...but my heart is jumping how something which has been tried for 4 years with no result just clicked!!! We have and are doing other therapies for a longtime but nothing was like this all of a sudden - the last thing introduced was nutriiveda - it was like he found that hidden switch!! sowmya
