Ian,

Congrats on the change in yourself. Those pictures are pretty

damn impressive. I have had almost the exact same results, going from 205

to 160 in one year. Body change is similar and I agree that there has been

a dramatic difference in my face. I was very self consience of my double

chin ( a bad family heirloom) and now do ot have it.

For three years before Cron (started May 1, 2001) I exercised

regularly (5 days a week) and lifted weights. I replaced fat with muscle

(no, I did not look like Arnold Swartzanagger) and took on more of a

bullish look (fit in perfectly in my neighborhood of Italian

Firemen/Policemen lifting weights and drinking beer). I think I have most

of the same muscle mass and can handle the same weight load fairly

easily. I now workout 1-3 days per week since being on CRON (the old joke

I gave up exercising and lost 45 lbs!).
