Guest guest
Ian, Congrats on the change in yourself. Those pictures are pretty damn impressive. I have had almost the exact same results, going from 205 to 160 in one year. Body change is similar and I agree that there has been a dramatic difference in my face. I was very self consience of my double chin ( a bad family heirloom) and now do ot have it. For three years before Cron (started May 1, 2001) I exercised regularly (5 days a week) and lifted weights. I replaced fat with muscle (no, I did not look like Arnold Swartzanagger) and took on more of a bullish look (fit in perfectly in my neighborhood of Italian Firemen/Policemen lifting weights and drinking beer). I think I have most of the same muscle mass and can handle the same weight load fairly easily. I now workout 1-3 days per week since being on CRON (the old joke I gave up exercising and lost 45 lbs!). I look forward to your next update!
