Transition Mini-Conference

Learning in the Community:

Preparing Students for Life After High School

Real life opportunities for students with disabilities to explore careers

and practice daily living skills are essential as they prepare to transition

from school to adult life. Join us for this informative morning with group

discussions, hands-on activities, and presentations by educators, students

and community representatives and learn how Community-based Instruction

(CBI) is being implemented by schools in New Jersey. Students, ages 14 and

older, are encouraged to attend with their parents/caregivers.
