Guest guest
le the cool thing I've found with the nutriiveda is that if you work out at 'all' it helps build lean muscle. If your clothes are fitting loser to where you need to wear a belt and you've lost that many inches and your husband is saying you look skinny -you are on the exact same path as me. I lost around 4 pounds my first month and even then it's like it re-sculptured my body. In 2 months I " only " lost a total of 8 pounds so about a pound a week too -but I didn't even think I had that much weight to lose. I went from a size 4 to a size 2 and didn't lose it in my face or upper body -but lost it all where I carried my extra weight in my upper thighs. Do you know how much I worked out all my life to get rid of that junk???? OMG I have worked out hard all my life and used protein powders every AM and just don't get it how this stuff works when nothing else did. And again my one friend trains with Mr. Florida and nutriiveda baffles them as well. Same as you I went to the store wearing a size 4 Abercrombie & Fitch skirt and it was falling off of me -I had to keep pulling it up! My hip size totally changed! I never needed a belt before and now I do! What is happening is that you are supporting and possibly even building your lean muscle while ridding your body of the excess fat. Here's a 2008 study on how any whey will help you do that A whey-protein supplement increases fat loss and spares lean muscle in obese subjects: a randomized human clinical study http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2289832/ As you can see from reading it -even though weight loss can be the same -one group lost lean muscle while the other group on the whey supported the lean muscle while losing fat...so the group on the whey would look WAY better (haha) then the other group because you can't always go by weight. Here are the 15 second videos of me and my friends https://nutraeasy.com/8_reasons.html If anyone wants to talk to any of them let me know. I think people lost more that 'didn't' work out (I mean Laurie is a pro golfer but that's walking) Oh and lost the weight she did because she cut out all carbs for a competition -you don't want to do that. Again she trains with Mr. Florida and is going for her pro card or something like that. This was the aspect I originally thought of when I thought of nutriiveda for a fund raiser for Cherab...but who knew it would be so much better than my wildest dreams! Life is stranger (but much better looking now if I have to say so myself and I don't) than fiction! =====
