2009 Community Love in Motion Free Family Festival & Autism Event. This is

not an autism specific event. All are welcome! This event is going to be a

sensory friendly event. It will include a relaxation tent for those who may

need a break from the activities and enable them to once again to come enjoy

Community Love in Motion is sponsored by Breathing Room LLC and it is a

sensory-friendly event where every member of the family is invited to relax,

play, dance, practice yoga, do art, and have fun! Your attendance will help

to create a small learning center-a 'beloved community*' where everyone is

welcomed and specifically, where individuals with autism and their families

can come for relaxation, inspiration, intellectual stimulation and

self-expression. The Center's offerings will include: parent support/life

coaching, 1:1 academic tutoring, book club, creative writing, swimming,

organic gardening and cooking, yoga, reiki, far-infrared sauna, and world

music. Each room in the center will be dedicated in honor of a person who

has inspired this dream:

Our intention is to create The Burton Armstrong Pierce Family Room, the

center's primary gathering location, by January, 2010.

We aim to dedicate Danson's pool, 's Media Center, Nick's Greenhouse

and Organic Garden, and Tito's library, by September, 2010.

We plan to create The Chuck Sutton Studio for the Arts by December, 2010.

How Can Individuals and Families Help?

Much like a walk-a-thon, you can get your friends, family, neighbors and

co-workers to sponsor your efforts doing yoga, belly dancing, meditation

etc. or you can assemble a relay team and seek out sponsors. You can pick up

a Pledge Form at Breathing Room Center or download one from

www.breathingroomcenter.com. It's up to you how long you go - work out for

an hour - or for four, but raise as much as you can! Yoga, karate,

hula-hooping, belly-dancing, kids' yoga and live music will be featured

throughout the day, so come exercise your conscience.exercise for a great

cause!

How Can Businesses Get Involved?

The event will also feature a Resource, Family Services, and Wellness Fair!

Tables are currently being offered for $50 (corporate) and $25 (non-profit).

The names of businesses and individual donors will be acknowledged on a

prominent display board at the event and on all printed materials for the

2008-09 year. Love in Motion is an ideal opportunity to spread the word

about your organization or services, and support a local non-profit

organization to help families in our community affected by autism!

VENDOR RULES AGREEMENT

-Vendor space is 10x10. Any chairs, tables and tent to be provided by the

Vendor -Vendors must pay specified vending fee prior to the event to secure

their space

-It is agreed that 1 vehicle will be allowed at the vendor space during set

up time (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM). After that all cars must be parked in

designated event parking areas. -Vendor shall staff space and vend from the

hours of 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-It is understood that the festival shall commence at 11:00 AM Saturday

October 10 -Vendor must load in and set up between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM and

must close down between 5:00-6:00 PM on Saturday October 10

-Vendor may not use toxic substances nor open fire in their vending -Vendor

and vendor's staff must wear provided I.D. at all times while on the

site -Vendor may not drive vehicles in the area during event -Vendor must

drive at a maximum speed of 5 mph and where there is pedestrian traffic. -No

smoking is allowed in the vendor space -No animals allowed on premises,

unless for therapeutic purposes -Vendor agrees to abide by all local, state

and federal laws pertaining to their sales of goods at the event -It is

agreed that vendor is responsible for paying all local, state and federal

taxes -It is agreed that there are no refunds under any

circumstances -Promoter reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone at

any time and eject anyone at any time for poor behavior.

1st Annual Community Love in Motion Autism Event

Our event is a fun and fit activity for people of all ages, with all persons

reaching for their personal best. Participants set realistic goals based on

age and development.

Our goal is to raise at least $100,000 to fund a community learning center

where everyone is welcomed - and specifically, where individuals with autism

and their families can come for relaxation, inspiration, intellectual

stimulation and self expression. Please see attached letter for more

information. We hope that individual or team will participate to the best of

their ability. We're hoping to make this event the best ever, so the more

contributions you raise; the more successful we'll be at achieving our goal.

Thank you very much for your participation!

Rules

Participants may start collecting pledges as soon as they receive the pledge

sheets. Reminder: Pledge sheets need to be turned in on the event day,

Saturday, 10/10/09.

Pledges may be made by anyone. Please ask everyone who pledges if their

company has a matching gift fund policy.

Each sponsor making a pledge should write their own name, pledge per hour,

and maximum pledge. Participants may collect the pledge in advance but must

keep pledges until all are collected.

On the event day, each individual or team will participate in as many

activities they are able to in order to reach their goal. Yoga, belly

dancing, hula hooping and other activities will be scheduled throughout the

day, from 11 AM - 5 PM. Upon completion of your goal, a volunteer will

record your total on their pledge sheet and return it. You may then collect

any outstanding pledges. Please return pledge sheets with the money to The

Breathing Room Center by Saturday, 10/17/09.

No running or jogging will be allowed. Each activity will be guided by an

instructor, whom you are encouraged to follow. Participants should wear hats

and sunscreen.

I recognize that I am partaking in this event of my own free will and

therefore assume responsibility for my safety and well-being. By signing

below, I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Breathing Room

Center, LLC and its owners, employees, agents and assigns from any and all

liability for damage, loss or injury related to or resulting from my

participation in this event.
