I would add it as needed, so it wouldn't be spending long amounts of time in

warm liquid.

It's fine if the liquid is lukewarm as long as it's not hot from what I'm told.

Also make sure that there is enough liquid consumed outside of the nutriiveda

throughout the day especially the first week -this is important for the isolate

protein which also helps with the natural ridding of " ama " too.
