Guest guest
My 4 year old daughter who has made great gains over the years has all of a sudden started to stutter. She has been able to carry on full conversations for a while now (speech not perfect in anyway- but even strangers can completely understand her) so this is quite a shock to us. It's usually only at the first word of a sentence. EX: I I I IIII want to eat dinner now, or HOW HOOOWW HOW come we have to leave. I am at a loss on what to do. Her speech therapist's seem to think maybe she is at a time where her vocab is about to explode and just may have so much to say that her processing is off. Please don't tell me to try Fish oils or Nutriveeda- she is a non -responded to both. She has hardware issues- not software.
