Guest guest
Hi everyone - I am writing with concerns about Vitamin E- First of all- I want to thank for all the wonderful info ! It is so helpful ! I already own the NN Complete Omega 369- and I will increase this to 2 caps per day. I also just ordered the Pro EFA and Pro EPA from the CHERAB store site. Question -- does anyone have any info on what the maximum safe dose of Vitamin E is for children? My Son is 2 years 10 months old. I noticed that the NN Complete Omega 369 has 30 IU of Vitamin E in 2 Soft Gels (per the bottle, this is 100% of the Daily value). My Son also takes a Multivitamin each day- (he has a limited diet and needs the MVI).... The MVI that he takes (Flintstones with Iron at present) has 15 IU of of Vitamin E- (which, per the bottle is 50% of the Daily Value)... Vitamin E is a Fat Soluable Vitamin..... this concerns me......Will he have too much Vitamin E if taking BOTH the NN and the MVI? Any ideas? Any suggestions for a different MVI would be appreciated as well. When the NN Complete 369 is gone, I will start using 2 of the Pro EFA caps and one of the Pro EPA caps as many suggested.... I did not see any info about the amounts of Vitamin E in these..... Can any of you who have these look at your bottle and let me know how much Vitamin E is in them? Also- any thoughts about the " too much Vitamin E concept as described above " would be appreciated. Thanks,
