Hello,

Yes, we just started our 25month old son on NutriiVeda on February 1st. I did

have it approved by his Pediatrician before I started him on it. He takes ½ of

a scoop in the morning and ½ of a scoop with dinner. I have already seen some

good results! He has just begun with two word sentences (approximations) which

he had never done before. I was waiting to post until after he had been on it

for a few weeks, but we are so excited about the progress he has made in just 4

and ½ days! (As a side note...Our son is also on the ProEFA and ProEPA but he

has never been on any other supplements [other than a Flintstones vitamin])

I hope this helps.

IL

We just started fish oils in December, so I've been holding off on doing

anything w/ the Nutriiveda to see how my son does on the fish oils (GREAT,

btw!). But I was just curious if anyone is using the Nutriiveda for a 2-3 yo,

and if their doctor was okay with it for that age. My son will be 3 in April,

btw.

Thanks!

Bonnie you don't have to mix it with milk. You can mix it in any liquid or

food. Liquids can be juice, water too and foods could be pudding, yogurt,

applesauce -even suggested was ketchup and ice cream. You can sprinkle it over

food too like pancakes or oatmeal etc. Nutrient dense enough to be a meal

replacement but can also be served with meals. Nutriiveda is probably healthier

than just about anything we can give our children and trust me I understand the

suspicion...but most of us don't question a Sweet Tart the way you analyze

healthy stuff you know? It's the same thing we went through with fish oil.

French fry and pizza oil we don't blink twice about...doughnut oil? Not a

thought either...but FISH OIL??? We search for hours and hours to try to find

the side effects. For the nutriiveda I suggest you share with your child's

pediatrician and any nutritional experts you know. Trust me the more you dig

the more impressed you'll be in just about all but one (?) case in our group

now. And who knows if the one doctor group that didn't recommend it either

didn't know enough about nutrition to realize there's nothing harmful in it and

instead the worst that will happen is it will be nutritious but won't create any

surges...or worse it's the type that doesn't think twice about putting an

apraxic child on adult medicine for herpes or Alzheimer's or something that

completely off label exploratory for children!

As we know from Sowmya from our group who is from India there is nothing in the

product that has not been used as food in India for thousands of years by all

ages. (that's the ayurvedic aspect which is fascinating ) Essentially

nutriiveda is isolate protein which is the most easily digestible by the body

and much needed for all ages. AND it contains all the essential amino acids

too!

For those that have asked: I highly recommend NOT waiting to try the nutriiveda

even if you just started fish oils. And yes I still give the fish oils but

really don't know why anyone would need to continue any other supplements

=especially in regards to vitamins as the nutriiveda is so nutrient dense and we

don't know if some things can compromise the effectiveness of whatever is

working. We know for 10 years now the fish oils will work for the majority of

our children and are important, healthy and benign for all humans

anyway...what's awesome about the nutriiveda is that it appears to be " working "

in some sort of therapeutic way in speech, focus, motor planning, academics,

awareness, imagination, multi tasking, sense of humor, facial expressions (these

are some of the positives reported or that I have seen) for those few children

the fish oils didn't work for -and it's working for the children that fish oils

work for too just taking it up a notch. Both fish oils and nutriiveda appear to

in most cases create surges in as quick as one day and regressions off as quick

as a day. So for sure within a week you'll know if it's worth going ahead with

and the nutriiveda comes with a money back guarantee. I again highly recommend

everyone at least try it. To me it appears to be a missing link -something in

it for sure is needed by our kids/us -and as I've been saying not sure if it's

one compound or a synergistic blend of a few. Not sure if it's the ayurveda,

the amino acids- but right now all I can say it WOW!!!!! what I've seen on this

in so many areas in both my own boys now. And it's great to hear the feedback

from so many others that it's not just a few. It takes around 10 days to get it

once ordered from http://www.pursuitofresearch.org or http://www.nutraeasy.com

so keep that in mind (trust me you'll want to know this so you don't run out!)

Here once again is information that can be shared with your pediatrician -lots

of links as well as dosage suggestions -including for children 3 and under (one

scoop which can be divided into 1/2 scoop twice a day)

Hello,

I am sorry for the delay. We had a very busy weekend. Anyway, we typically

mix it the chocolate Nutriiveda with Chocolate milk, but I know a lot of other

people are having success mixing the vanilla (and the chocolate) with fruit

juices or putting it in apple sauce, yogurt or pudding. Does he like chocolate

shakes? I think it tastes more like shake when mixed with chocolate milk. I am

sorry if this doesn't help. Keep me posted.

Hello ,

Our 24 month old has been on NV for just over a week now. We have seen some

tremendous increases in his speech. He is attempting many more words and is now

" singing " along to some songs. I was very worried about trying this with my son

at first as well. I did have it approved by his Pediatrician and plan to take

it to his Pediatric Neurologist on March 1st. I do have my degree in science

and have asked many other scientists where I work what their thoughts were about

the product. No one thought there would be any problems. I also tried the

product before I gave it to my son. I started him with 1/3 of a scoop twice a

day for a few days and then increased to 1/2 a scoop twice a day. I am thinking

about waiting another week and then stopping the NV to see if there is any

regression. Again, our son's only additional supplements are the ProEPA and

ProEFA. I will keep you posted on any additional improvements!

Hello ,

Why don't you email me at kstahl224@... and we can share more about our

kids without bogging down the group with all of our posts. I would be happy to

share more details about my son. Which state are you located in?
