Mine is being covered up to 1500 per year and I have bcbs of Florida. I'm on a

trip until the 31st but if you email me directly after that to remind me I can

check on my sheet what codes are being used. I also get another 2500 of

speech which is being coded to home healthcare

we have BCBS blue options PPO, we live in south fl. They will only cover speech

therapy if the child's condition is due to stroke, etc--we have tried numerous

ICD codes, the 784 and 315 codes...all denied. They do cover OT at 60%, with a

315 code. anyone have suggestions for us to get speech covered?

I recently had the same BCBS but in central fl and it covered 80% I really dont

know the code they used but it was def for apraxia for both my boys!
