Today has been on Nutriiveda for two months. The changes are incredible

to say the least. In addition to the increase in talking, motor skills,

independence in her daily living which is all incredible in itself,

continues to be PTSD and Seizure free. Life has become so easy as we can go and

do any activity that we want as a family once again. We have not had that

privilege for over 10 years. I use the word privilege because once something is

taken away and taken away for so long and you receive it back it feels like a

privilege.

continues to wake up each morning happy and well rested. She is

chatting a lot each day and really trying to say new words. Yesterday she was

talking about Mindy and I asked her where Mindy was and she said with a sad face

" Mindy went away " Mindy has left for college and we are missing her.

never has said the word away and also at the same time with a sad face. She's

starting to multi task! Mindy and are very close and I know Mindy being

away at college makes sad but in the past would always say

school. I wonder how many times really wanted to say the word away with

a sad face and yesterday she was able to.

For some of you that wonder about how many therapists we have seen with Mel over

the years, I can not tell you how many speech therapists we have seen in the

past with little or no success. I'm not blaming the therapists who time after

time grew frustrated in the little to no progress in Mel, but month after month,

year after year with so little progress wears on anyone -even us. I truly had

given up on even trying to find yet another therapist that would be able to work

with let alone willing to work with in our area.
