Developmental Pediatrician's visit

Hello Everyone,

  I am in a real bind because my 24 month old (apraxic) son's Developmental

Pediatrician's office called to schedule his first appointment and they said

they have a cancellation for tomorrow morning.  I would have to wait several

months to get him in if I scheduled regularly, so of course I jumped at the

chance to have his appointment tomorrow.  Unfortunately, I thought I was going

to have a lot more time to get some documents together and to read through the

Late Talker one more time.  Anyway, I was looking through some old archives to

try to find the appropriate insurance codes to ask the doctor to use, but I

could not find them.  Does anyone know them or know where I can look?  I know

this is short notice, but I need them for tomorrow!  Please help if you can!
