From memory it turned out to be due to something else (thyroid issue??? haven't got time to search) but most people find on LDN their hair and nails grow faster and better. On 28/10/2010 5:37 PM, Brittany Jayde Blackwell wrote:Hi everyone,I started LDN on August 2nd starting at 1.5 mg and I am up to 3 mg. now. My husband made a mistake and mistakenly put the dose to 4 mg. and the side effects were really bad. I have been taking Eltroxin for close to 30 years at 1.mg. My Dr. did a blood test which showed the meds had to be reduced so the dose was lowered to .88 mg with a retest for mid-December. The problem I'm having is that my hair is falling out a lot. I had very thick hair, long but so much comes out when I brush it I'm wondering if the LDN has anything to do with it? Has anyone any info they can share about this?t happened a few years ago and the culprit turned out to be the Gabapentin (SP?) I was taking but I have been off that drug for a few years.Brittany Jayde Blackwell
Guest guest
Hi all, My daughter (cp related loe muscle tone)has a hard time making correct sentences. A lack of English grammar, since she is bilingual. I am not the perfect model as far as English language. So what is the quickest way to get that right. Any suggestions. Thanks. Eveline. Guest guest
Hi Eveline and welcome! You don't provide enough information to know how to answer. How old is your child? What state or country do you live in? Other than CP which is a mix of both high and low tone- any other diagnosis specific to speech? Who has she been diagnosed by; what type of professionals? If in school what grade and placement? We have quite a few members that are bilingual who have been able to continue speaking in both languages with their child who is speech impaired- this has come up much in the archives. Let me know the answers to at least some of the above and I'm sure we can at least provide some insight to help! =====

Guest guest
Sometimes, people can get SSD or SSI by applying with multiple problems, such as yours. File the papers yourself and document all your symptoms. Lj From: Judy Nowakowski <judynowa@...> Subject: a question Scoliosis Treatment Date: Friday, April 1, 2011, 8:11 PM Â Does anyone know if scoliosis can help get SSI? Only reason I ask I been trying to get it for years. I have a fracture in my mid back they found the scoliosis, fibro disease, and osteroposis. My hands are bothering me when writing now. I am not able to work I can only stand for about 10 minutes. Setting hurts too. My doctor hasn't wrote a note saying I can't work. I may have to ask the specialist. We in Michigan my husband lost his job 3 years ago he just doing odd jobs and some jobs on line. Any suggestion on how to get the system to work for you?
