Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 I made a little spreadsheet (for excel) which compares the nutrition content of various foods in three categories: Green vegetables, nuts/seeds, and brans. The numbers were all taken from DWIDP. I would just post it and forget about it but it appears there is no way to post with attachments. If anyone thinks they might be interested let me know and I'll send it off-list. Or if someone could tell me where I might post with the attachment, that could work too.
