Welcome Gretchen!!

I would advise you to search the archives of both groups for the studies on

sucralose. It's deemed to be the safest artificial sweetner. However, it's

a moot point for you anyway since you seem to have a bad reaction to it. In

that case, of course, stay away from it.

It may be worth noting that if you search the Internet you can also find

reports of bad problems with Stevia. To what extent any of this is to be

believed is debatable.

The only truly safe foods are organically grown broccoli and distilled water

;-)
