Guest guest
so I need to get tough. Madelyn will take a little in coconut yogurt, and an even smaller amount blended with rice milk. But even though we are shooting for 1 scoop, it is more like 1/2 scoop getting in, and so much is being wasted. I am willing to force the issue, but I'm not quite sure how. I think she's too young to understand the " you will sit here until you drink it " approach, although I might try that too. I am considering the syringe, but it would take forever to get each squirt into her mouth. I'm getting desperate. I have gotten 1/2 scoop in her for the past 4 days and I haven't seen a difference, so I really want to get a whole scoop in. I did notice though, that in the past, half of her yogurt, applesauce, oatmeal ended up on her bib. She ate an entire bowl of NV yogurt today and her bib was clean. I don't know if it is related to the small amount of NV or not, but it was a nice change. I love reading all of the surges and progress other kids are making, and I hope to be posting my own update soon, if only I could get more into her little body.
