It is also delicious and easy to make in a blender. See our Recipe Folder for tons of recipes; under Drinks & Teas you'll find Bee's Raw Egg Drink. > I purchased oil of oregano at my local vegan store, but they only had capsules, no actual oil. Guest guest
Hi Liz, I'm not sure about whether or not it is safe to use the probiotic wiht Maltodextrin for vaginal purposes. Borage Oil and Grapefruit Seed extract are not recommended here as there are other things already on program that would offer similar or better benefits. If you're having issues with vaginal yeast it's really important to continue with the program to clear up the yeast in your digestive system. Plus you can use several other treatments for relief of your symptoms. Please read through the " Vaginal Yeast Treatments " article in the C) Women's Health Issues & Treatments folder at our group website. jackie > > I bought probiotic which has Maltodextrin. For now you might have the ocean sea salt on foods rather than in the drink and wait until later to have lemons. Excess iron gets deposited in your organs and causes damage. You can get halibut liver oil capsules that contain both vitamins A & D; I buy Natural Factors brand. > ==>Are you taking medications, hormones, aspirin, or supplements > other than recommended on this program Are you having enough ocean > sea salt and eating enough vegetables and protein? Other factors are involved. Overall my program provides a number of things that help the adrenals including diet, supplements, coffee enemas, dry skin brushing or rebounding on a trampoline, etc. Detoxifying methods can also help the adrenals and also improving digestion, etc. Everything on the program works together. > > > > 6. This high good fats diet lowers excess iron by working with the other nutrients, protein, oil soluble vitamins A & D, omega 3, etc. Again, this program works if it is followed completely and accurately. > > ==>Can you provide a link which describes the source and the amount > of carvacrol it contains? > > http://www.nowfoods.com/?cat_id=2106 - this is the one I have. +++Please provide the actual link my dear, or type out what is on the label. Guest guest
For us, it was CLO, I never heard her reverse a pronoun again after 5 days on clo. She did go through two days, at age 4 where everything was " she/her " and I worried it was coming back. Like you I consistently corrected here and at one point she told me she knew that boys were " he " and " him " but she didn't like boys so she wasn't going to use those pronouns. Her first act of feminist rebellion, I've marked it in her baby book :-) If only we could keep it that way. Make sure your boys aren't doing the same thing :-) [ ] some questions Can someone recommend a good multi-mineral supp? Also, which supps help with pronoun reversal, etc.? Both my boys have trouble with she, no one is a she, everyone is he in conversation, I correct them constantly. They can answer she when looking at a picture, but it comes out wrong when speaking. I just read a post by that supps helped with pronouns which supps can help, I'm missing something. thanks so much.
Guest guest
> > Hello Bee, > My name is Traci I am 's wife he has been posting on this forum. > The dietician he is sometimes working with got him to go on a zero > carb diet just for a couple of days to see what happened - just meat > and fat. Those two days he was basically bed bound with zero energy > and had lots of diarreah. He went back on the veggies two nights ago > and had the best 2 days over the weekend that he has had for ages - > even managed to mow the lawns. +++Hi Traci. It's good to be in touch with you. The reason had such problems going onto an all meat and fat diet is because it take times for his body to switch over from running on carbs to running on meats and fats. Two days certainly isn't long enough; for most people it can take up to 4 months, if they can endure the symptoms in the meantime. Some people do much better on all meats and fats when they have candida since all carbs feed candida. But again there is an adjustment time the body has to go through. > > Now however he is back to being severely fatigued again. Why does it always go up and down? At the moment he is averaging about 2 fair days a fortnight and 12 really bad bad days. His depression is worsening because everytime he thinks he is improving he gets really ill again. The depression is just awful. I think it would be better if he knew without a doubt he was dealing with candida but everyone tells us something different. +++Even if doesn't have candida this program will improve his health, no matter what. That is because it provides all of the nutrients the body needs to heal itself naturally, along with eliminating toxins, damaging foods and foods that feed all bacteria as well as candida. Even cancer lives off of those same foods and toxins. +++The reason he is going up and down is part of the healing process, which is how the body heals itself. Getting healthy is not a steady uphill climb towards health where you feel better and better every day; it has its ups and downs due to natural healing reactions. Also during natural healing the body " retraces " every previous illness, symptoms, disease, injury, medical and dental treatments and drugs, etc., which is according to Hering's Law of Cure: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_1_2.php +++So just when it seems he's doing better, and probably because his body is stronger and more capable of healing, he'll get worse. That isn't a bad thing however, even though it is quite rough and hard to deal with. Remember that fatigue is also a healing symptom - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat10.php +++ and you can understand more by reading Natural Healing articles, which explains die-off/healing/detoxifying symptoms which are under the term " Herxheimer Reactions " that are normal reactions when healing naturally - read this one first: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php +++Then read some of these: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_2.php > > His symptoms match candida perfectly and he got very ill after a > massive gut infection which he was given round after round of > antibiotics for. I am the only one who he can tell how bad he feels > to because everybody else just tells him if he eats properly he will > feel better!! +++I think needs to stick to one plan, which is my candida program, and maybe not try others, even the all meat and fat diet. Since he is having a rough time right now I believe he should do the 9-Day Program: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php > > Its really really hard on me seeing my poor hubby suffer like this so badly especially the fatigue after being an athlete - I just wish it was me instead. Also a lot of sites say that if you see no improvement within a few weeks its probably not candida you are dealing with - he has had no improvement in 3 months - what do you think Bee? +++I understand how painful it is to watch a loved one suffer. My heart goes out to you, and too. +++It isn't true that if you see no improvements in a few weeks its not candida! Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, mainly with " proper nutrients. " It cannot be cured by simply " killing if off " like most people believe. It just doesn't work that way. +++Candida started in the first place because of a depressed immune system, and it took a long time to get into such a poor condition, so it takes a long time to cure it as well. It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year of being unhealthy, which for most people nowadays is since before they were born since they acquire a depressed immune system from their parents. Hang in there Traci. Read what you can so you understand more about natural healing, candida and how it works, so you can help and support . We're here for both of you so keep in touch! Let me know how does on the 9-day program. He can stay on the liquid and pureed foods diet much longer if he needs to, however he should stop having the enemas every day after 9 days, and have the enema only every 5 days. I hope that helps. Its really really hard on me seeing my poor hubby suffer like this so badly especially the fatigue after being an athlete - I just wish it was me instead. Hi Traci, My heart goes out to you and . Hang in there. I know from experience that we all have rough days. There are times that walking up the stairs is tough but then I have days I feel fabulous. As Bee states, it's an up and down process but underneath, I know that I'm getting stronger. This is the best plan I've ever tried in regards to immune health and there have been so many success stories. I've been on since Nov. 1st and my body still isn't used to burning on fats but it is getting there. I find moderate exercise is helping me now with this transition but it takes time. (I couldn't do it in the first month and a half because I was too fatigued) Hope that helps! Genevieve
Guest guest
> > Hello Bee and others, > I have a few questions this morning. I was wondering if you could tell me why my symptoms get worse with my menstrual cycle? I can always tell when it's near. I typically get naseous, stomach ulcer pain, diarrhea, a constant headache, pimples on my face and in and around my nose, swollen lymph nodes in my pelvis, and the itching of private areas, etc. about a week before my period. Then about a week after the burning urination occurs. This time I am experiencing the terrible jaw pain ( I mentioned that earlier in the week)and terribly sore muscles. These symptoms are a bit different for me but I'm sure it is my usual candida PMS. Just wondering about the science behind it all? Why does it get worse during this time? +++Hi Heidi. Yes, symptoms do get worse because of hormones. I don't have time to write about it now, but it is discussed in The Yeast Syndrome Book by Dr. Trowbridge. > > Also, I am one of those who is experiencing the leg cramps every night, several times a night when I flex my feet. I have read your recomendations for others but am wondering what I'm doing wrong. > This is what I'm taking: > > Vit A- 10,000IU from fish liver oil (Country Life)(am only) +++You need to take 20,000 IU Vitamin A, not 10,000 IU. > Vit B complex 50 mg each vit.(Nature's Answer)(am & pm) > Niacin-50 mg. (am only) +++You should be taking niacin twice a day; in order to get less of a flush, take 25 mg am and pm, by cutting the tablet, and increase it to 50 mg am and pm. > Vit E-400IU (Country Life)(am only) > Bioflavanoids by Natural Factors(before and during my period)both am & pm > Vit. C (Now) I am at 3,000IU in divided doses > Magnesium citrate (Now) taking 400mg a.m. and 600mg. p.m. +++That's too much magnesium (total 1,000 mg per day, which should be 600 mg total per day), which will cause cramps; take only 300 mg am and pm. > 1/2 tsp eggshell powder (am & pm) I take it w/Vit. C +++Measure slightly less than 1/2 tsp eggshell to get closer to 300 mg am and pm. > Also I am at 3Tbs. of CO a day and I drink the electrolyte drink usually once a day and add more on my food. I am using Redmonds salt as it was the best I could find at the time. +++Heidi, you are missing cod liver oil, which contains omega 3 (EPA+DHA), vitamin A, and vitamin D - see this article for details: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cod2.php By not taking cod liver oil you won't be absorbing calcium like you should. Imbalances, and too much of one over the other, in calcium and magnesium causes cramps. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
It's your brain sees the T added to your blood and stops sending the LH message to your testis to make T so they stop working and the LH cells in your body and brain stop working. To over come this we add HCG it acts like LH and keeps your testis working and the LH cells in your body and brain. Here is a copy of a post to me from Dr. about HCG to help me get my Dr. to let me try it. I was on TRT 23 yrs my testis were the size of small grapes adding HCG they started working again and went back up to there normal size. My TT levels on HCG doubled this told my Dr. and me I am not Priamry I am Secodnary meaning my Pituitary is bad. Go to www.allthingsmale.com and read TRT: A Recipe for Success and the HCG Update Dr. puts this on his site free for you and your Dr. ==================================================== He probably feels that since you suffer primary hypogonadism (I am guessing) there is no use in adding HCG to your protocol. There are several reasons why this is not so. First, you have not lost all Leydig cells, so any HCG you take will stimulate those who still function to produce endogenous testosterone. This will support testicular size. We should not ignore this aesthetic consideration. Next, if he reads my work, he will learn that HPTA-suppressed (as all TRT patients are to some extent) also suffer decreased pregenenolone levels, which is the first step after CHOL in all three hormonal pathways which begin with CHOL. HCG increases pregnenolone production, and therefore restores a more natural balance of our hormones. Next, nearly all TRT patients who add in HCG to their regimens report an increased sense of well-being and also libido. These are genuine quality of life issues. Finally, I just instinctively do not want all those LH receptors (including those we have yet to discover and appreciate) unstimulated. ---------------------------------------------------- This link to a study supports what he says about HCG. http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/90/5/2595 Co-Moderator Phil > From: dtquick2 <no_reply > > Subject: Some Questions > > Date: Saturday, May 22, 2010, 10:58 AM > Hi..I'm going to see a Dr. next week > for testosterone supplementation. First, is it > inevitable that endogenous testosterone shuts down, and if > so, what issues are to be considered? I am not > concerned with fertility issues but what other physiological > signs, symptoms or issues should I expect? > > thank you in advance > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
Hi All I have some questions. My son Elijah has a diagnosis of apraxia. He will be 4 at the end of the month. No one has specified severe, mild etc. He goes to a private speech therapist for one on one therapy 2 times a week for 30-45 min sessions. He had speech through first steps from the time he was 2 until he was 3 and aged out. That is when we started the private one on one therapy. We chose this because our insurance said it would be covered. He would have been in group therapy through the school and we were told that Elijah would benefit most from one on one. He has done so very good and has progressed so much in the year he has been having the private therapy. He has never been seen by a pediatric neurologist, developmental pediatrition, or had a neuro medical exam. Does he need to? What is the Purpose? I will had that I have requested an OT consult that is in the process of being set up because I believe he has some mild sensory integration issues so our pediatrition is having that set up. Another question that may seem silly. Can I hold him back from starting kindergarten until he is 6? His birthday is Oct. 27th so he falls behind the cut off so that already gives us some extra time but if, when the time comes and I do not feel he is ready that is great to know that is an option! Please let me know. I will also add that I take him to a preschool at our church one day a week and he LOVES it. So he does have interaction with other children. Thank you all so much for your input. This site has been such a blessing! Thanks Again,
