Guest guest
Hi everyone- I tried to order the ProEFA through my local coop and they (w/out asking me) ordered me something different. What I have instead is Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega- which looks to be very close to the ProEPA (not ProEFA). The amounts of EPA and DHA in the Ultimate Omega are 650 mg and 450 mg, whereas in the ProEPA it is 850mg and 200mg. I'm wondering if I can substitute this Ultimate Omega for the ProEPA for awhile, or does the ratio between the EPA and DHA matter a lot? Thanks for any thoughts, (next time I'll just order through speech411!)
