It is delicious! 1) 3/4 cup of virgin coconut oil (melted then cooled if room temp lower than 25 c). 2) 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. 3) 1/2 tsp of dry or regular mustard. 4) 1/2 tsp of sea salt or to taste. 5) One egg. 6) 4 tbsp vinegar of your choice. Add all ingredients to blender except the oils. Dribble in the virgin coconut oil & olive oil mix SLOWLY. The mixture will become very thick. More VCNO mixtures to follow!
