increasing fish oil dosage

My son is on a fish oil dosage of 2 EFA gels and 1 EPA gels. We were seeing

results in calmness for a while but never any results in speech. Th calmness

has since faded and I am wondering if I should increase the EPA/EFA dosage in an

attempt to get some speech? If so then to what?
