Kathy, I'm not sure if got back to you or not, but I'm pretty sure she

would suggest to start the fish oils first. The fish oils(specifically PRO

EFA,or 369)by nordic Natural has the right balance of omega 3 and 6 that seems

to support some surges in many of our children. Even some older children have

progress.I would Start with one capsule and give it a week or 2,and if you see

any positive changes stay with one. If and when that levels off add one more.

Again give it a week or 2 and wait. You may be surprised and see some positive

things. My daughter never had aggitation on any of the increases in fish

oils(started them at 2 years old and she is 6 now)but some parents have reported

irritability. I think they backed off for a few days or a week and then tried

again.

In my opinion You should start with the fish oils 1)because they are the tried

and true, have been used for about 10 years when first discovered their

benefits for her son Tanner.2) Any up- to -date Doctor would give you the ok

,great for your health stamp of approval for taking high quality fish oils. You

were already giving her the cod liver oil so you know she didn't have bad

reactions to that so the right combo in the 369 might bring some good results

Do only one thing at a time and see what effects it has. Best of luck! Cheryl

recommend starting oils first then adding nutriiveda? Or since nutriiveda seems

to work fast, start with that first? The reason I ask is that is 5.5yo

and I know oils take longer with someone older.
