Guest guest
Foods? No, but dry skin brushing, oil swishing and hot baths do. So does sweating in saunas. > > > --- does anyone know of any foods that help to remove > toxins? > > > > Love... Guest guest
http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=738 I use sesame oil. Warm up a mouthful and swish it around in my mouth for 5 minutes first thing in the morning. Scraping my tongue before and after. Some do it twice a day, for longer. Sunflower oil is another favorite. > > oil swishing? > > > > >

Guest guest
I just saw another mom post about the reading flashcard system, but watch the video clip on the biology of behavior. Super information that can help all our kids. Her approach is very good and wraps nutrition, brain balancing and specialized teaching techniques, a whole body approach.
