Ben,

I`m sending this again because I didn`t alter the subject line in my previous reply(for the archives). According to my wife the Japanese name for elk clover (if I wrote elf before then I made a typo) is taragi. If you can`t find taragi try taraki. The other obscure herb names I gave you were in Japanese...

It is possible that you may not be able to find Chinese equivalents.. It turns out that Okinawa has a lot of regional herbs that you can`t find elsewhere.. I don`t have access to the Chinese names for most of the herbs. The Chinese names I gave you I just happened to know.

There are a few I'm not sure of though. Could you give me the Chinese or Japanese of Elf Clover? The two others I don't recognize I'll look up to see if I can find them (I assume Sarakacha and Kuubi are the Japanese names, if you can find the Chinese names it would make it a lot easier).Ben_________________________________________________________________Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Message: 3Date: Tue, 02 Jul 2002 19:40:58 -0400From: Francesca Skelton Subject: nuts & heart disease/Alzheimer's & vit rich diethttp://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A11188-2002Jul1.html________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
