Joanne: use splenda or sucralose, allfruit (the jam made with just fruit and no sugar) or just plain fruit chunks in plain fat free yogurt. I have a fruit salad topped with yogurt for an apres dinner snack almost every night. The fruit salad composition changes regularly for variety and varied nutrients.
