Guest guest
Sounds good, Francesca. I'll contribute, definitely. Keep me updated.
Guest guest
I've been contacted off list by a member who is interested in compiling a CR cookbook. This is a great idea! Although recipes are scattered throughout the files of both lists, having them all in one place, whether through a file or some other means would be very handy. Bob Cavanaugh, are you also still interested in compiling a cookbook? If so, no reason why several members can't be working on this. There's also a need to compile where we get our various CRONIE type products. For example, some of us get our guar gum online, or at health food stores, from Warren, etc. Knowing where to get our " stuff " and the prices charged (although these would change from time to time and would have to be kept updated) would be a boon; we could then point to a place or a file to send newbies or more experienced Cronies who are not satisfied with their present source for products. And new sources probably appear all the time that we would need to add to such a list. BTW there's talk of setting up a CR " storefront " for CR products, but that has not happened yet and I don't know if it will or how long it will be before it does, or what prices will be charged. Any volunteers? I can help point the way to anyone interested in working on these. With all our archives and the knowledge of experienced Cronies, this should all be a snap to compile; and the persons working on these would become an " expert " on these matters. Or anybody have any other ideas for the gathering of resources besides the two I mentioned above?

With all our archives and the knowledge of experienced Cronies, It's possible that I could contribute with a short English-Swedish dictionary of foods and where to find them (in Sweden). There's also a slight chance that I could come up with some software that automatically translates the recepies into the metric system. Guest guest
I would definitely be interested in seeing a CRON cookbook. Count me in as a volunteer for recipes.
