Guest guest
I am still using the Country Life Omega 3 Mood for my son, and it works pretty well. I have a system where I only empty the capsules one oz at a time so it will stay fresher and I keep it in the refrigerator. IT has worked wonderfully in an old Herbs for kids dropper bottle, My son gets 1 CC + .38 CC aprox. wich equals around 1.38 or so of the pills. This is cheaper, and it is working for me, it is a Higher ratio of EPA to DHA, something that is even higher than the Nordic Naturals EPA. The ratio of EPA to DHA is almost 7:1, comparable to Omega Brite and Eye Q which is much more expensive. I am not giving my son any GLA , and I am having a good experience with very high EPA to DHA. I can get the bottles of Omega 3 Mood for 13.00 Something, so that would be over 60 doses for him out of one bottle. It seems like he is changing into a vibrant, little boy! Happier, funner to be around, he even said a word I have never heard him say all on his own. The words and consanent blends are much easier for him to say and are rolling off of his tounge quite a bit easier! He is noticing more details in stuff around him too! My 2 year old is getting just over 1/2 capsule wich would be 1/2 cc +. She is really increasing in vocabulary also. I am convinced that EPA is the most important nutrient with the oils, because your body can make DHA from EPA if it needs it! THis is what is working for us!
