I also take Bone-Up which has D, but would like to cut back to every other

day. I have been purposefully getting some sun to get the Vitamin D. I

really can't tolerate milk - it really congests me, so it's just not an

option.

Also - most mineral water is not a good source of calcium and other

minerals. Walford has a chart towards the back of his book that shows which

ones are good. The three I listed, Evian, San Peligrino and Gerolsteiner,

are readily available in my area and good source.
