Guest guest
I just started bumping up the water with Nutriiveda noting my daughter takes it with applesauce. She does not really care to drink much though but I am determined to make sure she drinks enough to help with the Nutriiveda. Based on her weight she should be drinking about 34 ounces per day. Can you count juices in with this 34 ounces or is it the water you only count. This may sound like a silly question but thought I would ask just to make sure. I was telling yesterday that my daughter started moving bean bag chairs and regular chairs out of her way and putting them away after she sits on them. She has never done this before on her own initiative. I think I should get her to train her brothers to put away things if she continues :-) As well today she opened her bedroom door, greeted me with a " hi " and then followed that with " eat " and then she went downstairs straight to the kitchen to have her Nutriiveda breakfast. The last week there was not much more new but again she was still sick. First the cold/runny nose when we started Nutriiveda and then last week she caught the stomach flu and so had diarrhea. She is feeling better now. Any input on the liquids would be appreciated. Thanks, Demi
