Guest guest
I tried the pudding that Warren and Saul have written about: (guar gum, water, flavoring such as chocolate, sucralose). The first day it tasted " grainy " as the guar gum grains were still noticeably distinct from the rest of the ingredients. However there were no lumps with the cold water as previously discussed by Warren and Saul. I put it in the fridge and the next day, it tasted great! So perhaps making it in advance of eating is a flavor enhancer and improves the recipe . The colder taste from the fridge is also a nice touch for a summertime pudding. I plan to make it a mainstay as a snack that suppresses appetite. And I'm adding it (assuming I have Warren's and Saul's blessing) to the Support List file titled: " Aids and Tips " .
