Hi, all.

The Florida autism law as referenced below has been in fact and should have

start enforcement April '09.

Have any of you still run into any insurance companies like mine, BCBC of CA,

which insists that they only pay for ABA or VBA by certified therapist with a

Ph.D.?

I tried to find the Florida insurance commission to see how I can file a

complaint for BCBC of CA.
